A bitcoin mining company has filed in Manhattan state court a $25 million legal malpractice complaint against K&L Gates and a partner for allegedly fumbling a simple bankruptcy claim and exposing the company to litigation.
Gryphon Digital Mining Inc.’s complaint landed in the Supreme Court of New York on May 9. The case had initially been filed in the Manhattan federal court in April, only for Gryphon to withdraw the suit without prejudice shortly thereafter.
