Having been officially announced back in December 2020, the Nokia 5.4 is now on sale in the US, Europe, and the UK with a $249/€199/£159 price tag. Sporting a 6.39-inch HD+ display, Snapdragon 662 chip, quadruple rear cameras with a 48MP main sensor, and a 4,000mAh battery, the Nokia 5.4 offers an improved camera experience over its predecessor.
Accompanying the Snapdragon 662 processor is 4/6GB of RAM and 64/128Gb of built-in storage with MicroSD card support. A 4,000mAh battery keeps the lights on and although a USB-C charging port is present, fast-charging is not. There is a 3.5mm audio jack, and you’ll find the fingerprint scanner on the rear panel as well as a dedicated Google Assistant button on the left side of the frame. It’s running Android 10 out of the box but an update to Android 11 has been confirmed by Nokia.
Besides the 48MP main rear camera, there is a 5MP ultra-wide lens and a couple of 2MP sensors on Macro and Depth duty. The 16MP selfie camera is housed in a punch-hole on the top left corner of the 6.39-inch HD+ display (720 x 1560).
If the Nokia 5.4 sounds like it’s the phone for you it’s already on sale in Dusk and Polar Night colorways in the US, Europe, and the UK for $249/€199/£159.
