With the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro already a couple of months old, the brand is now turning its attention to launching a pair of affordable handsets in the Nord range. While the N200 5G will launch in the US sometime in the next month or two, Europe and India can look forward to the OnePlus Nord CE 5G being announced tomorrow (June 10th) during a virtual event, and we’ve got the details on where and when you can catch the live stream event after the break.
In case you are wondering what the ‘CE’ stands for, OnePlus says that it’s short for ‘Core Edition’ and means that the phone will feature the core elements of the original Nord plus a few extras that give it that added value. You can expect the Nord CE 5G to be the ‘thinnest OnePlus device since the OP6T’ and the presence of an audio jack, a 64MP main rear camera, and 5G connectivity, all for an affordable price.
You can catch the OnePlus Nord CE 5G launch live stream coverage via the YouTube link embedded above, from 3 PM BST/10 AM ET tomorrow (June 10th). As soon as the launch event finishes, OnePlus Community members will be able to buy the Nord CE 5G through until midnight (BST) on the OnePlus website and be the first to receive the new phone when orders start shipping from June 14th.
