Opening Night Live at Gamescom 2021 brings many new game reveals, including one from publisher 2K Games and developer Firaxis Games, the latter of which is best known for its work on the XCOM franchise. The team announced Marvel’s Midnight Suns, a turn-based role-playing game that has players working to defeat Lilith. You can check out the reveal trailer for Marvel’s Midnight Suns below.
Players take on the role of “The Hunter,” a new superhero who is fully customizable and will be responsible for leading a team of known characters like Doctor Strange and Captain Marvel. Marvel’s Midnight Suns is currently set to launch at some point in March 2022. Gameplay footage will be shown in later this year in September.
