Apple trotted out a new list of free iPad-based virtual conferences this summer in its Professional Learning series. Topics cover subjects like photo storytelling, making music and learning the Swift programming language.

And best of all, they’re free. All you need to participate, once you register, is an iPad.

Enrich yourself for free with Apple’s Professional Learning series of summer conferences via iPad

Earlier this year, Apple said it would expand it professional training programs. This new schedule of free Professional Learning Virtual Conferences appears to be part of that.

You can choose from 11 class subjects. Topics range from telling captivating photo stories to making musical masterpieces. You can create audio and visual stories, learn with augmented reality, make math more meaningful, become a citizen scientist and program in Swift.

So it’s an interesting list. Who doesn’t want to learn how to “make musical masterpieces” in an hour or two on an iPad?
