[Deal] A $300 one-off payment gets you 16GB of high-speed data monthly for a year on AT&T

Looking for a new pre-paid plan with a handy amount of high-speed 5G data? AT&T has a limited-time offer of 16GB of data (instead of the usual 8GB) each month for a year for an upfront payment of $300, which works out to $25 a month. We’ve got more details for you after the break.

This offer usually only includes 8GB of high-speed data but AT&T has doubled down and is offering 16GB on the pre-paid plan until October 14th. Besides 16GB of data, the plan also includes the following:

  • Unlimited talk and text
  • Unlimited text to over 230 countries
  • Mobile hotspot
  • Fraud call and spam blocking
  • Canada and Mexico coverage
  • HD Streaming (1080p)
  • Rollover Data

$300 upfront sounds like a lot, but when you break it down it works out to $25 monthly which is a nice little saving over T-Mobile and Verizon’s offerings that offer 10GB of data for $40 and 15GB of data for $50 each month, respectively. The deal runs until October 14th, so you’ve got a while to figure out if the deal is the right one for you.
