We reviewed the OnePlus 10 Pro earlier this year and thought the phone was ‘a killer alternative to Samsung’s Galaxy S22’. Newly leaked renders point to the OnePlus 10T sporting a refined design and possibly, the omission of the alert slider that the brand is renowned for.
The images come courtesy of @OnLeaks via SmartPrix, and show that while the rear camera housing is similar to that on the OnePlus 10 Pro it’s actually a smoother transition with a curved finish. Another change is the location of the flash LED which moves from the bottom right to the top right, although that’s hardly going to bother anyone either way.
We expect the OnePlus 10T to continue with the Hasselblad-tuned camera setup that debuted on the 10 Pro, and that it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset rather than the refreshed version recently announced by Qualcomm. Otherwise, the OnePlus 10T is said to pack a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and built-in fingerprint sensor. Depending on where it’s released, we can also expect the OnePlus 10T to feature ultra-fast SuperVOOC charging.
From the leaked images, we can see that the OnePlus 10T doesn’t appear to have an alert slider, which is a shame because OnePlus fans are used to having the sound/vibrate/silent controls easily available without needing to unlock the device.
