How to Cancel Uber Eats Pass and Uber One

If you’re not using your Uber Eats Pass or Uber One paid membership enough to justify the cost, it might be time to walk away. We’ll show you how to cancel either membership right here.

Note: Eats Pass was replaced in November 2021 with Uber One. However, Eats Pass is still available in certain regions.

Cancel Uber Eats Pass on Mobile

You can cancel your Eats Pass subscription from the Uber Eats app for iOS or Android. Launch the app on your mobile device and tap “Account” in the bottom-right corner.

Tap Account.

On the next screen, tap “Eats Pass.”

Tap Eats Pass.

A new window will open within the app. On this screen, tap “Manage Membership.”

Tap Manage Membership.

At the bottom of the next screen, tap the “End Membership” option.

Tap End Membership.

You’ll then be asked to confirm you want to end your Eats Pass membership. Tap the red “Leave Eats Pass” button at the bottom of the screen.

Tap Leave Eats Pass.

Your Eats Pass membership is now canceled.

Cancel Uber Eats Pass on Desktop

You can also cancel your Eats Pass membership from the Uber Eats website on your desktop. Launch any browser of your choice and then visit the Uber Eats website. Click the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines).

This will make the side navigation menu appear. Click “Eats Pass” in the menu.

On the next page, you’ll find a “Manage Membership” button in the top-right corner of the window. Click this option.

A pop-up window will appear. Click “End Membership” at the bottom of the window.

You’ll now be asked to confirm that you want to cancel your Eats Pass membership. Click the red “Leave Eats Pass” button.

Your Eats Pass membership is now canceled.

Cancel Uber One on Mobile

Canceling your Uber One subscription is easy when using the Uber Eats app for iOS or Android. Launch the app and then tap “Account” in the bottom-right corner.

Tap Account.

On the next screen, tap “Uber One.”

Tap Uber One.

On the next screen, tap “Manage Membership.”

Tap Manage Membership for Uber One mobile.

Next, tap “End Membership” at the bottom of the next screen.

Tap End Membership Uber One.

Uber will then ask you why you’re leaving. Unfortunately, the app forces you to explain yourself in order to leave. Here are your choices:

  • Issues with my rides or orders
  • Not satisfied with Uber One benefits
  • Not saving enough
  • Fees are too high on my rides or orders
  • Something else (open answer)

Tap the bubble next to your answer, add additional info if you want, and then tap “Continue” at the bottom of the screen.

Tap Continue.

On the next screen, tap “Leave Uber One.”

Tap Leave Uber One.

Your membership is now canceled.

Cancel Uber One on Desktop

To cancel your Uber One membership on desktop, launch any browser and then go to the Uber Eats official website. Once there, click the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of the screen.

In the left-hand pane that appears, click “Uber One.”

On the next screen, click “Manage Membership” in the top-right corner.

The Manage Membership pop-up window will appear. Here, click “End Membership” at the bottom of the window.

Next, click “End Membership” once again to confirm that you really want to end your Uber One membership.

Your Uber One membership is now canceled.

That should save you a bit of money each month. If you’re looking to stack additional cash in your bank account, consider canceling your YouTube Premium, Amazon Prime, or Netflix subscriptions.
