Thus, there is a range of items that will be released in the next few years that are highly anticipated. While some of them have a set release date, others are can be speculated on in regard to when they might be hitting the market. There are sure to be some major innovations incoming.

Apple’s move into the streaming space has been a largely intelligent one, with plenty of new programming capturing the hearts and minds of global audiences. It’s no surprise that they also began creating hardware to complement their wide range of content.

It was announced that the AppleTV 4K device is launching in November of this year, which will boast the A15 chip that can also be found in the iPhone 14. Everything about the device is supercharged, with faster loading speeds and a higher level of response. Plus, its low energy usage is going to be a must-have feature.

The M2 chip is going to continue to help establish Apple as an even heavier hitter, with this incredible hardware helping to update every product in their main lines. While there have been some releases with the smaller screens, the next-gen is heavily rumored with new details emerging.

The MacBook Pro M2 and Max configurations are said to have 64 gigabytes of memory, with multiple screen sizes, 12 CPU cores, and 38 graphics cores. So while Apple might still be cornering the market with their iPhones, it’s definitely exciting to see these massive leaps in their MacBook designs. With the year running out but plans clearly in place, it’s looking like a 2023 release.

Considering the M2 line will be continuing, it won’t be any surprise that Apple is also looking to its Mac Mini collection to initiate the use of the high-performance chips. It’s been a couple of years since the brand received a major upgrade, but change could be on the horizon.

It’s being reported that Apple is still working on its highly-anticipated Mac Mini newcomers, which is being developed with 8 CPU cores and 10 GPU cores (per Macworld). No firm release date has been confirmed, and although a surprise November announcement could be designed to account for the leaks, a 2023 launch is more likely.

iPhone 15 (Expected September 2023)

The release of a new iPhone is a guarantee, as Apple has launched the device almost every year. The iPhone 14 has been quite the success for the company, and work has obviously begun on the iPhone 15, which is sure to lead on from the hardware upgrades that have swept through the company.

Interestingly, leaks reveal that Apple is looking at a titanium chassis with far more design choices for their next line, with stainless steel also being discussed (per Forbes). With rumors of a new USB port and a periscope lens, there’s a lot to love, with the device surely launching in September 2023 as is the tradition at this stage (per TrustedReviews).

The Apple Watch Series 8 is a recent addition to Apple’s range of products, but eyes are, of course, turning to what the 9th entry into the franchise could achieve and deliver. It’s notable that many are pointing to the Ultra that’s currently on the market as the blueprint for the future device.

With rumors of design choices that actually play on the Series 4, with upgraded hardware powering the piece, and a next-gen level of software, details are still thin on the ground, but it’s natural to expect massive improvements. Based on the history of Apple, a release is expected around September 2023.

With so much going on, 2024 is the most likely release.

Talk of the release centered on whether it could be VR based or not, with Apple potentially poaching talent from Xbox for their development (per Game Rant). For now, any release date speculation seems too far-fetched.
