For many, Super Saturday is the final chance to shop for holiday gifts and more and, as such, many retailers offer last-minute deals on everything from home goods, fashion and electronics. Historically, Super Saturday has served as one of the final days of the holiday shopping season and has become a way for major retailers to push end-of-year sales. The shopping holiday is also one of the last days you can order gifts online for delivery in time for Christmas.
When is Super Saturday 2022?
This year, Super Saturday will take place on Saturday, December 17—a full week before Christmas 2022. Super Saturday always falls on the Saturday before Christmas Eve.

What is the shipping deadline for Christmas?
Holiday shipping deadlines are fast approaching, with a select few having already past. While the last day for ground shipping for delivery by Christmas was Wednesday, December 14 for FedEx deliveries, there is still time to ship gifts via USPS—the standard shipping cutoff for Christmas deliveries is S, December 17. Meanwhile, for upgraded shipping you have until Thursday, December 22 if using UPS or Friday, December 23 if using FedEx or USPS. Keep in mind, however, that upgraded shipping does incur additional fees. As always, we recommend getting your gifts in the mail as soon as possible and placing any last-minute orders today to make sure you get your goodies in time for Christmas 2022.

When do holiday sales end?
Super Saturday typically marks the end of the holiday season, meaning many holiday sales will wrap up this weekend. Some, however, will continue through Saturday, December 24. If you are still after last-minute holiday gifts, we recommend shopping now so you can score the best prices and get your goodies delivered in time for the big day.
After Christmas, you can expect to see plenty of end-of-year sales to celebrate the New Year. Additionally, Boxing Day—which takes place the day after Christmas on Monday, December 26—promises tons of markdowns across all categories so you can put any gift cards you receive for the holidays to use!
