On New Year’s Day, Gwyneth shared a handful of photos from the family’s recent trip to Barbados. The actor’s two children, Apple (18) and Moses (16) feature in the holiday photos, along with Gwyneth’s mother, Blythe Danner. Captioned, “Wrapped up 2022 with a lot of ❤️ and a little bit of 🌊”, the post shows the crew soaking up the sun beachside and even on the water. The first pics offer a preview into the family’s relaxed summer style, consisting of oversized hats, printed tops and layered necklaces, while the final pic shows a matching mother-daughter swimwear moment.
Gwyneth wears a navy string set as she reclines on what appears to be a yacht, whereas Apple opts for a white version with contrasting black sunglasses as she poses for a photo next to her mother.

Months earlier, the Sliding Doors star shared a message to Apple on Instagram celebrating her daughter’s 18th birthday.
“18. I’m a bit of a loss for words this morning (😭). I could not be more proud of the woman you are. You are everything I could have dreamed of and so much more. Proud doesn’t cover it, my heart swells with feelings I can’t put in to words.
