Bitcoin Miner Argo Has Top Executives, Board Member Resign (2)

Argo Blockchain Plc,the Bitcoin mining firm facing a class-action lawsuit alleging it misled investors, had two of its top executives and a board member step down.

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Peter Wall resigned to “pursue other opportunities,” Argo said. Chief Financial Officer Alex Appleton quit last week. Sarah Gow, who joined the board in July 2021, will also step down from her role as non-executive director due to “health issues,” according to a statement Thursday.
