Shiba Inu’s L2 Solution, Shibarium, will be integrated into the London-based crypto exchange Swapika. In a recent tweet, Swapika said the company would incorporate Shibarium, known as the layer-2 solution, whenever it launches.
The non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange plans to increase the scope of its support for the Shiba Inu ecosystem soon.
This new development comes on the heels of Swapika’s decision to provide support for all three tokens in the Shiba Inu Ecosystem: shiba inu (SHIB), bone shibaswap (BONE), and dogecoin killer (LEASH).
Swapika users can now trade these tokens for more than 700 other cryptocurrencies without registering for an account.
Shibarium adoption on the rise
In addition to Swapika, both ChangeNow, a crypto exchange headquartered in New York, and NOWPayments, a crypto payment gateway based in the Netherlands, have also announced their intentions to add support for Shibarium once the cryptocurrency has been released.
NowNodes, a business that provides solutions based on blockchain technology, has also revealed that more than 300 partners are willing to develop on Shibarium.
The L2 Solution developed by Shiba Inu, known as Shibarium, is now going through a Beta Phase and has continued to record considerable acceptance since it was first introduced.
Shibarium network on-chain data
The most current information from Puppyscan, the official block explorer for Puppynet, indicates that the Shibarium Beta Network has reached 14,518,730 wallets as of press time. In addition, the L2 network has completed over 6.34M transactions over 754,323 blocks in an average of 11.9 seconds per block.
Although the Shiba Inu development team has not yet released the precise launch date of the Shibarium Mainnet, the SHIB chief, Shytoshi Kusama, has said that the completion of the beta phase might take anywhere from two to four months before the mainnet goes online.
