Driving through a nice, long left-hander, I felt the same fight starting to appear in the steering. With lane assist turned on, I just assumed this was an audible alert if you started to wander onto lane markings without indicating. But, to my amazement, as I slowly released my grip on the steering wheel, the Amarok steered itself along the remaining corner, straightened up coming out of the bend, then promptly alerted me because I’d removed my hands from the steering wheel.
