Throughout the next three (3) weeks, you’ll have higher chances of nabbing one of these three (3) cool Arcanists, with two (2) being the latest additions.
As already revealed in Version 1.5’s trailer, Ezra and Desert Flannel are the newest people to join Vertin’s company, each specializing in different aspects:

Character Story
Phase 2’s new character arc revolves around Ezra Theodore, the passive and gentle human researcher. Instead of the scorching temperature of Australia, you’ll be helping him climb a cold, steep mountain in search of… mushrooms!?!
Events
Multiple in-game events will run simultaneously at certain points of Phase 2. By participating in them, you’re guaranteed special rewards and freebies!
Collection of Uluru II
Similar to the first Collection of Uluru in Phase 1, you’ll get a free Unilog upon every daily login. This runs up to seven (7) days, meaning you’re getting seven (7) free Unilogs to summon new Arcanists by the end of the first week!
Blazing Rock-Paper-Scissors Arena
Speaking of goodies, you can collect Clear Drops and Growth Materials by partaking in the Blazing Rock-Paper-Scissors (RPS) Arena! As its name implies, you simply need to win quick battles against opponents by outsmarting them – with a bit of luck.
Letter from the Attic
Want even more Clear Drops, Growth Materials, and even Picrasma Candy? Visit the 5-day Letter from the Attic event to see what surprise gifts await you!
UTTU Flash Gathering
For UTTU players, a new set of challenges has been prepared under the new segment, The Epic of Runners. Collect new FAME cards and overcome your obstacles; you might just unlock a new Garment for Darley Clatter!
Anecdote
Following Dikke’s Anecdote in Phase 1, Version 1.5 Phase 2 sees another one being introduced, this time for the 4-Star Arcanist, Erick. Delve into her story to get to know the feisty little Viking!
Mane’s Bulletin
Raid the latest Hypothesis of Exhibition to see how strong your team compositions are in Reverse: 1999! As always, great rewards are in store for those capable of besting it.
Phase 2 Interview With Bluepoch
Prior to Version 1.5 Phase 2, we managed to catch the team behind Reverse: 1999, Bluepoch, for a quick interview. While we finalize all the finer details into a written format, here is a small takeaway Q&A dialogue between us and a member of the Reverse: 1999 dev team (minor edits for better reading):
Talk Android: “Can fans expect new gameplay designs or mechanics?”
Bluepoch: “In Phase 1, people can already find innovations to gameplay. For Phase 2, there will be a new mechanic implemented in the story of the next character, Ezra.
Basically, you help him climb a mountain to achieve his goal. During the mission, you need to assist him in deciding what to do because there’ll be different events occurring; you need to make the choices and maybe find new materials or records along the way.”
Talk Android: “How many Phases are there for Version 1.5? Is it the same as the other updates?”
Bluepoch: “Normally, we will have two (2) Phases for each new update. Each Phase brings a new 6-Star into the roster.
So, we have two (2) Phases introducing AT LEAST two (2) new characters for each new update.”
Talk Android: “Will Reverse: 1999 explore possible collaborations, maybe sometime in the coming months or years?”
Bluepoch: “We’d love to and appreciate any potential collaboration. If we do have some, we’ll make sure to announce them as soon as we confirm them!”
The complete transcript will be up on Talk Android sometime later, with topics about Phase 1 being discussed the most. If you’re interested in reading our entire conversation, stay tuned for it!
