Head to the Shooting Party
After reading the flyer, head to the party location, indicated by a blue marker on your map. Once there, sit on the chair to wait for the shooting party to begin.
Talk to the Exile Leader
After waiting for the party, the other participants, including the Exile Leader, who organized the major shooting tournament, will appear. Speak with the Exile Leader to have him explain the event he’s holding. Talk to him again about paying the 500 SHC participation fee.
Complete the Challenge
After paying the participation fee, interact with the shooting terminal to start the challenge. Remember to use your pistol-type Resonator for this event. The objective is simple: shoot the targets in the area within the time limit.
Take the Second Trial
After the challenge, talk to the Exile Leader again for the second trial, but this time, he will ask you for 1,000 Shell Credits to participate. Pay him the fee, then start the challenge. You are given a 30-second time limit for this round.
Take the Final Trial
After paying 2,000 Shell Credits for the participation fee and starting the trial, you will discover it was heavily rigged. Don’t worry about winning this round. After the challenge fails, confront the Exile leader, and a fight will commence.
After defeating the Exile Leader, you’re free to claim the Premium Supply Chest, including the Robot Engine needed for No Response Tonight Side Quest.
How to Unlock Shooting Party
Completing “Utterance of Marvels: II” and gaining access to Jinzhou City will unlock the Side Quest. Head to the Settle Range and interact with the Flyer on the table.
