How to Cancel Your Peacock Subscription and Change Plans


Peacock TV is NBC’s streaming service. Home to classics like “The Office” and “Parks and Rec,” along with new exclusives like “Based on a True Story,” the platform has a lot to offer. If you decide it’s not for you, canceling your subscription is pretty easy. Just don’t plan on using your mobile app.




How to Cancel Peacock

In order to cancel your Peacock subscription, you’ll need to be signed in on the web. This means canceling your account on an Android phone or iPhone requires opening a browser. If you open the Peacock app and try to change plans, you’ll be met with a screen like this one from the iPhone:

Once you’re in a web browser, click on the “Account” button in the top right corner of your screen. By default, the site takes you to the “Plans & Payment” tab, which is where you need to be. Click the red “Cancel Plan” link.

Peacock will send you to a confirmation screen. All you need to do from there is click “Yes, Cancel” to confirm that you want to end your subscription.

How to Change Peacock Plans

If you’re not ready to cancel Peacock, changing plans may help you find a better fit. You can downgrade or upgrade your subscription in just a few seconds.

When you click “Change Plan” on the account page (located just above the “Cancel Plan” link), you’ll be brought to a screen that shows your current plan. If you have Peacock Premium, the screen looks like this:

To upgrade your plan, just check the “Plus Option” box and then select “Change Plan.”

If you have Peacock Plus and want to downgrade, uncheck the “Plus Option” box and then change your plan.

Can I Still Watch Peacock if I Cancel?

Yes, you can still watch Peacock until your current billing cycle ends. Your access will end the day your account would have been renewed.
