It’s Not Too Late to Return Those Holiday Gifts You Hate

For purchases made from November 7 through December 24, Target offers an extended holiday return window beginning December 26—but not without a few caveats. This policy only applies to electronics and entertainment items, most of which can be returned through January 24, 2025. However, Apple and Beats products purchased in-store or online as a pickup order are covered under a smaller 14-day window, and must be returned by January 8, 2025 (and a restocking fee may apply).

Target’s usual stance on returns covers almost any other purchase: Most returns of unopened items within 90 days receive a refund or an exchange.Target Circle debit and credit card holders and Circle 360 members are entitled to an extra 30 days to return almost all items purchased with their card or membership. Target may not allow refunds or exchanges for items that are opened, damaged, or do not have a receipt. As one of the brick and mortar options on this list it does offer curbside returns for convenience.
