AT&T Tax Time offers are Prepaid & in-store only

If you’re looking to get a new phone, AT&T’s tax time smartphone promotion may just be what you need. Sign up for any monthly plan starting at $30 per month with AutoPay, and you can get a new phone for free or with great discounts. For many carriers, including AT&T, using AutoPay quickens and simplifies the payment process. You don’t have to worry about missing due dates. 

The Unlimited Basic, Unlimited Max, and the new Unlimited Level Up plans are examples of eligible plans with support for the automated feature. The offer is available only in-store, and you won’t find it on the carrier’s website. You’ll need to visit a nearby AT&T store where you can choose from the advertised and discounted phones. 

Also, the offer is only available if you sign up for AT&T’s Prepaid plans, not the Postpaid ones. Prepaid plans require you to pay for your service upfront, typically on a monthly basis, before you use it. There are no contracts or credit checks, and you are in control of how much you spend.
