1. Use a dry microfiber cloth to dust cabinets regularly, regardless of their material. When dust settles on greasy cupboards, they become sticky and more difficult to clean down the road.
2. Wipe off food spills and splatters as soon as possible. A damp microfiber cloth should do the trick, or you can add a drop of liquid dish soap to warm water and apply the solution to the cupboard with a nonabrasive sponge. Don’t use too much pressure, or you risk damaging the surface, particularly if the cabinets are painted.
