
Apple has just released macOS Sequoia 15.4 beta 4 for developers. This latest beta version arrives one week after the last beta, here’s what to expect.
Beta 4 expected to focus on bug fixes with wide release only weeks away
Last week, beta 3 of macOS 15.4 arrived with minimal changes other than bug fixes and performance improvements.
It’s likely we’ll see more of the same in today’s beta 4 update.
Though there’s still time for Apple to make feature changes before the public release, that window is narrowing.
Apple has said that iOS 18.4 will launch publicly in early April, and macOS 15.4 is expected to arrive at the same time.
That means we’re potentially just three weeks or so from the public launch.

In the meantime, to update your Mac to the latest beta software, open System Settings ⇾ General ⇾ Software Update. From here, you should see macOS 15.4 beta 4 appear. If it doesn’t, click the ‘i’ button and make sure Beta Updates are turned on.
