Acer Chromebook Plus 515 review: a solid first step in the Plus line

Acer Chromebook Plus 515: Two-minute review

The Acer Chromebook Plus 515 is part of Google’s starting lineup for its Chromebook Plus selection, which is its new standard for Chromebooks including updated hardware and software. Though the design is similar to its predecessor, the Chromebook 515, it sports a slightly cleaner and sleeker look. Both the keyboard and touchpad have a satisfying snap, with the latter’s high responsiveness makes it genuinely enjoyable to use.

Coupled with them is the display, which is a 15.6-inch full HD (1920×1080) display with IPS, 16:9 aspect ratio, and integrated multi-touch. While those using the Chromebook Plus 515 for productivity work may not have a use for a large and high-definition screen, gamers certainly will.
