Apple is expected to brief the press on some sort of an Apple Vision Pro announcement on Friday. The most likely outcome now seems to be selling Apple Vision Pro through third-party retailers.
That’s based on code detective Aaron P’s discovery of an Apple Vision Pro Demo Fit app.
Apple has silently released a new app called "Apple Vision Pro Demo Fit"

Apple currently requires customers to use the Apple Store app to determine Apple Vision Pro accessory sizing.
Apple has also only sold AVP directly through its online and in-person stores.
Now that the product is a year old and inventory doesn’t appear to be moving much, expanding the distribution channel makes sense.
This would allow Apple to maintain the current Vision Pro price while a partner like Best Buy or Amazon applies a discount.
