Apple Card Is Offering $75 Daily Cash, But Only If You’re A New User

Apple is offering a $75 Daily Cash reward for Apple Card users, but the promotion only applies to new users who sign up before Feb. 28, 2023.

Apple Card is offering users $75 in Daily Cash as part of a new promotion, but it’s only for new account sign-ups. One of the key features of Apple’s credit card is the Daily Cash rewards for users. When users pay with Apple Card, they get 2 percent Daily Cash back which is added to their Apple Cash account every day. The only catch is that users will need to make purchases using Apple Pay on their iPhone or Apple Watch. Apple also offers the option to use a physical titanium credit card, but users earn only 1 percent Daily Cash when paying with this method.

Apple offers additional rewards and incentives to Apple Card users through the year, but the latest offer is restricted only to new accounts. As part of the offer, users who sign up using the link on the offer page are eligible to receive $75 Daily Cash. The offer is applicable for any user who opens an Apple Card account before Feb. 28, 2023, provided they make their first transaction within 30 days of activation.

Apple says the offer isn’t valid for existing Apple Card users who merge their Apple Card accounts and become co-owners with other users, or users who have been added to a new Apple Card family account. While users will be credited with $75 after their first transaction, returning the purchase may result in a charge of $75. However, Apple says that it will reissue the bonus if the user makes another transaction within the 30-day period after opening their account.

Unlike conventional credit cards, applying for an Apple Card is relatively easy. Users can apply on their iPhone via the Wallet app to view their offered credit limit and interest rate. If the application is approved and users accept, there might be a hard inquiry which can affect their credit score. Once users accept the offer, they can begin using Apple Card to make payments from their iPhone or Apple Watch. Users can get 2 percent Daily Cash for most transactions, but select merchants, including Apple, Nike, and Uber, offer 3 percent Daily Cash.

Apple is currently offering a holiday promotion which lets users earn up to 5 percent cashback until Dec. 25, 2022. The offer is valid on all Apple Card purchases, provided they are paid for in full. In Sept. 2022, Apple offered 6 percent cashback on Nike purchases, while in July, users were eligible for double cashback (4 percent) at select retailers. Apple’s no-fees policy and Daily Cash are reason enough to apply for an Apple Card, and the year-round promotions for users make it an even more enticing option.
