Apple Files an Apple Music Related Trademark for ‘Songs for Life’


     

    Music might be something that can be shared among tens of thousands of fellow fans, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be a deeply personal experience.     2 SONGS FOR LIFE APPLE MUSIC SEGMENT

     

    Today, Apple filed for the ‘Songs for Life” trademark with Hong Kong Patent Office under number 305467915. The word “Radio” was not included in the trademark filing. Apple filed their trademark under International Class 41 covering the following:

     

    “Entertainment services; arranging, organizing, conducting, and presenting concerts, live music performances, music special events; entertainment services, namely, providing non-downloadable playback of music in generated playlists via the internet and other communications networks; entertainment services, namely, curating songs for music playlists; compiling and publishing music playlists; production, distribution, and presentation of radio programs, podcasts, and sound recordings in the fields of entertainment news and music; entertainment services, namely providing ongoing podcasts in the fields of entertainment and music; entertainment services, namely, providing a website featuring on-line non-downloadable music, interviews, live music performances, and videos featuring musical artists and celebrities.”
