Today Apple Intelligence officially launched as part of iOS 18.1. Timed with the release, Apple has debuted a pair of new video ads for the iPhone 16 that highlight its newest capabilities.
New Apple Intelligence videos continue established theme
Apple previously released a trio of Apple Intelligence ads for iPhone 16, but all of them debuted before any AI features had officially launched.
Today, Apple’s two new videos both highlight features that iPhone 16 owners can actually use today, in iOS 18.1.
The first ad covers one of my favorite AI features: Memory movie creation. While the second provides a glimpse at the new writing tools.
Both videos play up the same theme as Apple’s first iPhone 16 ads: that with Apple Intelligence, human errors and foibles can be mitigated. And each does so in a humorous way.
