Apple just bought a $445M campus in San Diego


Apple is expanding into San Diego with the purchase of a $445 million seven-building campus that was formerly the home of HP. 

“Apple confirmed Tuesday that it has acquired the seven-building Rancho Vista Corporate Center in Rancho Bernardo for $445 million — highlighting the Cupertino company’s ongoing efforts to plant engineering roots in the region,” The San Diego Union-Tribune reported Tuesday.
