Apple TV+

Apple has set a November 23rd premiere date for its ten-episode action thriller series “Echo 3” starring Luke Evans, Michiel Huisman and Jessica Ann Collins.

Filmed in Colombia with English and Spanish dialogue, Collins plays a young scientist who goes missing along the Colombia-Venezuela border.

Her brother, Bambi (Evans), and her husband, Prince (Huisman) – two men with deep military experience and complicated pasts – struggle to find her against the backdrop of a secret war.

The project is a remake of the 2018 Israeli series “When Heroes Fly” based on the novel of the same name by Amir Gutfreund. This version hails from “Zero Dark Thirty” and “The Hurt Locker” scribe Mark Boal who serves as showrunner and executive producer.

The cast also includes Martina Gusman, James Udom, Maria Del Rosario, Alejandro Furth, Juan Pablo Raba and special guest star Bradley Whitford.

The first season will release its first three episodes on November 23rd with the rest airing weekly through January 13th.
