Apple has shared a new Q&A video answering the most-searched questions Android users ask before switching to iPhone, ranging from questions about moving to iOS, trade-in, reliability, software updates, privacy, support, and more.
The video covers Apple’s dedicated Move to iOS app on Android, which allows users to transfer contacts, message history, camera photos and videos, web bookmarks, mail accounts, and calendars from their old Android device to iPhone, the durability and reliability of iPhone, software updates, and more.
The four-minute video, set in one of Apple’s retail stores, touts how users can trade in their old Android for credit towards the purchase of their new iPhone.
