is in the cross-hairs of a potential antitrust lawsuit from the Department of Justice, according to a report in the Information on Monday. A “flurry” of activity on the case since the summer, including subpoenas sent to Apple’s business partners and questioning by Justice Department lawyers of Apple and its rivals, point to the “very likely” possibility of a lawsuit, the Information said.
