Using Adobe Lightroom, I adjusted this image so that the color temperature for the left third is 2,000 K (very cool, very blue), the middle is 5,250 K (neutral, in this case), and the right third is 50,000 K (very warm, very yellow). These are extreme adjustments that you would be unlikely to make, but they illustrate the range of possibilities. Photo: Phil Ryan
