During the May 2024 State of Play, Yang Yang talked about a possible Ballad of Antara release date. The studio has working on the game for the past FOUR years and are pushing for a full-release in 2025 for PlayStation 5.

Although things like platform compatibility were not discussed in detail during the State of Play broadcast, all evidence points to the game being a PlayStation 5 exclusive, at least at launch.

The devs are also thinking of launching a beta test for PlayStation 5 users. This further fuels the rumors that Ballad of Antara might be a PlayStation 5 exclusive. However, as things develop and new platforms are added to the compatibility list, we’ll update this article accordingly.

Pre-Registration/Pre-Order

There are no pre-registrations or pre-orders open for Ballad of Antara right now. However, PlayStation users can wishlist the game on the PlayStation Store.

Don’t fret though, since Ballad of Antara is being developed by Tipsworks Studios and Infold Games! Collectively, these two studios have created Pascal’s Wager, and Love and Deepspace! What this means is that there’s a high probability of Ballad of Antara release on mobile devices as well!
