The developers have set pre-registration rewards according to the number of people that have registered to the game.

In simple words, Over 100K people have registered now so the rewards for the 100K milestone have been unlocked. Similarly, if 200K people register with time, they will get the rewards set for the 300K milestone.

The limit set by the developers currently is 2 million!
