True to the rumors, the device came with a price tag that was slightly higher than its predecessor with specs that were minimally better, making it a bit of a tougher sell than usual.

Samsung’s Galaxy S24 FE came out with a price tag of $650, bringing it uncomfortably close to the base Galaxy S24 in terms of price. A Fan Edition device is meant to be a lower-cost version of Samsung’s mainstream devices, but it is meant to maintain most of the flavor that makes people want those flagship phones in the very first place.
The Galaxy S24 FE essentially nails that on the spec sheet but the price might be a bit too high for some in the crowd. The Galaxy S24 FE Comes With All The Galaxy AI Features And Specs That Are Good Enough
The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is the last entrant in the S24 family and since this has been the year of Galaxy AI, there’s no surprise at all that the new phone has all of those AI features packed into it. Unlike many of the non-flagships with Galaxy AI though, this device gets every single feature so you don’t need to worry that you’re losing out in any department.
On the spec sheet, the device gets a 6.7-inch 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED display, beating out its predecessor by 0.3 inches. You get the newer Exynos 2400e of course, though this is an underclocked version of the Exynos in the S24 and S24+. The RAM and storage stay the same and so does the camera setup for the most part, though 8K/30 and 4K/120 video support enter the fray. The battery grows slightly to 4,700 mAh as well.
Compared to the S24 or S24+, the camera performance suffers a little, you don’t get as much power, and the screen is somewhat downgraded, but it is hard to say the S24 FE is a bad device. With this deal, it becomes a much easier purchase to make.
