Bybit hosts a livestream featuring former WSOT champions and giveaways ahead of WSOT 2024.

On September 27, in anticipation of its upcoming World Series of Trading (WSOT) 2024 competition, crypto exchange Bybit invited the community to meet former WSOT legends and unlock rewards on livestream. Viewers were able to engage with star traders from the previous WSOTs and take part in giveaways of 750 CATI and 350 USDT in airdrops and red packets.

The featured speakers included: Mr. Ken, Top Captain in WSOT 2023 (Japan); Leonid Maloletov, Top Captain in WSOT 2023 (Russia); AZ, Web3 Evangelist, Bybit; Ye, CEO, Character X; Argiris Sotirakis, Co-Founder, Cryptominder and Cryptominder Academy; and Gianluca Grossi, Editor in Chief, Criptovaluta.it®️.

Earlier this month, Bybit announced key updates for WSOT 2024. This year’s most important update is the introduction of decentralized exchange (DEX) trading for the first time. This development, according to the Bybit team, is to create a bridge between builders and traders from both decentralized and centralized environments.

The event will also feature a tiered weighting system to ensure the competition remains fair for all participants. This means that even if participants have resource advantages, the upgraded competition system ensures that skills take precedence over resources.

Additionally, the competition will include UTA Subaccounts that allow participants to improve their rewards with one main account and up to four UTA Subaccounts, and the new ROI Reset Card, for traders that hit negative profit and PnL.

Another highlight is that WSOT 2024 will have more livestreams than before. This is so that both participants and spectators will be able to benefit from insights from global partners, including builders, ecosystem partners, and KOLs.

WSOT 2024 also introduces Bybit Web3’s DEX Pro, a new feature that unlocks access to over 1 million decentralized tokens for participants, ranging from DeFi projects and GameFi assets to memecoins.

Since its debut in 2020, Bybit’s World Series of Trading has become a global phenomenon, partly for creating an inclusive space for traders and partly for its enticing list of prizes. WSOT 2024 features a prize pool of up to 10,000,000 USDT and luxury rewards such as Rolex watches, world travel tickets, and yacht.

Interested traders and crypto enthusiasts can visit the event site and social media channels to stay updated on the latest WSOT developments.
