When i first got my series 8 watch, i was able to download an offline playlist so i can play music in the gym without having my phone with me.
I did this by first making a playlist on my macbook in Music, then use the cable to download the playlist onto my phone. And finally, going from my phone, to the apple watch icon and downloading the playlist with my apple watch connected to a power source.

However when i try all that again now, it just stays on this loading orange spinning circle, indefinitely. Why isn’t the music being downloaded to my watch? I can see the playlists on my watch, but none of the actual songs are clickable/downloaded.
Do i have to reset my entire watch to try again? Or am i missing something? It shouldn’t have to take hours to download 10 songs right?
