Chargeasap launches The World’s First 275W Power Bank

Manufacturers have decided that substandard charging for smartphones isn’t acceptable anymore. People want to spend less time waiting for their devices to power up and more time using them. There is a saying that you can’t have your cake and eat it too. But with the way technology is pushing the limits, you might just be able to.

Realme’s 320W SuperSonic Charge product is among them with enough energy to fully refuel a 4,420mAh smartphone in only four and a half minutes. That’s usually not something you’d believe, and if you did, you’d be cautious. But given Realme’s reputation for making quality power options, and personal experience with their tech, it’s no longer out of the ordinary.

Charging limits are foreign concepts to the Flash Pro Ultra

We’ve hit a point in time when charging speeds that once sounded impossible are now real and reliable. Your charger or power bank is slowly becoming like the phone itself with screens and real-time power tracking.

Chargeasap’s new Flash Pro Ultra power bank brings those features to the table, and is the world’s first 275W power bank with an OLED display. It distributes that power across multiple ports, with one USB-C port supporting 140W, a 100W USB-C port made for tablets and smaller laptops, a 60W USB-C port for your smartphone and other gadgets, and another 60W USB-A port.

Even Anker’s latest Laptop Power Bank doesn’t come close to its performance. Though it has the same 25,000mAh capacity, the total output peaks at 165W, with individual USB-C ports capable of 100W and a USB-A port at 33W. The difference is huge because charging speed scales at an accelerating rate, instead of linearly.

As the name implies, the Chargeasap’s Flash Pro Ultra is designed to manage up to six devices as soon as possible. Be it a MacBook, smartphone, tablet, or smartwatch, the power bank can keep your entire tech setup supported throughout the day. It also offers wireless charging and a dedicated Apple or Samsung Watch pad.

A power bank that knows when to quit

The OLED dual display on the Flash Pro Ultra power bank is where your attention should be the most. It shows you every real-time charging data, including voltage, current, battery percentage, and estimated time remaining. There’s a button you’ll press once to activate the screen. Press it again and you’ll have access to different display options.

With that much power flowing between devices, you need the display to avoid overcharging. But that won’t be a major concern. Chargeasap says that the power bank will turn off itself after five minutes of full charge for any device. It’ll shut down if it’s idle for 30 seconds with no device to charge.

Pricing for the Flash Pro Ultra starts at $169, and you get to choose either an Apple or Samsung Watch charging pad if you buy it early. The product is on sale via Kickstarter, a crowdfunding platform where creators launch projects and raise money from backers who support them. If Chargeasap’s fundraising campaign successfully reaches $350,000, a new space grey version of the power bank will become available for purchase.
