If you’ve been finding ChatGPT to be a little less chattier than usual today, you’re not alone – the service is suffering an outage that’s hitting the web version, mobile app and new Mac app.
Reports of the ChatGPT issues first started at around 2.30am ET / 7.30am BDT / 4.30pm AEST, and OpenAI has now acknowledged that there’s an issue. The company’s status page says “ChatGPT is unavailable for some users” and that “we are currently investigating the issue”.
