It’s natural to get carried away and download too many apps on your Apple TV. Over time, especially when you share your Apple TV with your family, you may have apps that you don’t use anymore. Deleting some of the Apple TV apps that you don’t need or use will free up memory space, and it will result in a boost in performance.
Deleting the apps will remove them and their data from your Home screen. If you have purchased the app from the App Store, you can re-download the app for free whenever you want, but your old deleted data will not be restored.

- Select Users and Accounts.
- Choose your user account.
