DGIM Law’s Third Partner Balances Bankruptcy Practice with Tech-Enabled Estate Planning Startup


Aventura business boutique DGIM Law has added its third partner in bankruptcy lawyer Monique D. Hayes, who joined from national insolvency boutique Goldstein & McClintock in May.

In an interview, Hayes said DGIM Law—an acronym of the initials of founders Daniel Gielchinsky and Isaac Marcushamer—shared her commitment to community, something Hayes began channeling into a tech-enabled estate planning startup during the first year of COVID-19.
