Do These Ridiculous Glasses Cure Motion Sickness?


Hannah Rimm, supervising editor and Willing Victim #1, can get so carsick that she can’t even hold a conversation with the driver. On one two-hour car trip as a front-seat passenger, Hannah wore the Hion Motion Sickness Glasses and was shocked to find herself playing car DJ, sending some texts, and even FaceTiming with her mom for 20 minutes. (“But I was wearing these stupid glasses,” she noted.) Although she felt that her nausea was reduced even after she took the glasses off, it wasn’t fully eliminated, and she still suffered a headache.
