Almost everyone has a smartphone, and with that comes the necessity of a mobile plan. In the United States, the majority of people opt for one of the major carriers—T-Mobile, AT&T, or Verizon. These carriers can reach more expensive heights, but you tend to get quite a few perks with their mobile plans.
Not everyone has home internet, though. However, if you do, it doesn’t hurt to get it provided by the same carrier that you trust for your mobile service. Verizon wants to make that stance even more valid, as it plans to sweeten the deal with discounts and free perks for those who bundled their mobile and internet plans.
Verizon Will Give You a Notable Discount on Home Internet When Bundle With a Postpaid Plan
As customers, there are few things that we love to hear more than “discount,” “sale,” and “deal.” The average person wants to save money where they can, after all—we work too hard not to. Today’s target of our deal crosshair is Verizon, which has just introduced new offers to compel customers to stick with it for both mobile internet and home internet. If you use one of these but not the other, this is the perfect time to pay attention.
If you’re on any of Verizon’s postpaid mobile plans, such as Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Ultimate, and you combine it with Verizon Home Internet, you’re now going to be entitled to a $15 discount on your Home Internet every month. $15 every month over the course of a year will amount to $180, so that’s hardly the kind of discount that you should scoff at. It’d potentially lower your Home Internet bill to as low as $35 a month.
Get a Free Netflix or Disney Streaming Bundle When You Choose Premium Home Internet
A $15 monthly discount is pretty sweet, but for Verizon, it isn’t good enough. The carrier wants to give you a little bit more if you’re one of their high-rollers.
If you buy one of the more premium Home Internet plans and bundle it with your mobile plan, not only will you still get the benefit of the discount, but you’re also going to get a perk credit—$10 you can use towards a perk like the ad-supported Netflix and Max bundle or the Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN bundle. If that’s not quite your taste, you can also use that perk credit towards YouTube Premium or an Apple Music Family plan.
With your streaming requirements satisfied, your premium internet plan can be put to even better use. It’s hard to hate that.
Verizon Will Also Offer Priority Customer Support to Customers Who Bundle Mobile and Home Plans
Verizon doesn’t fumble on the aftercare, either. Even with all the goodness we mentioned earlier, you’ll get the additional benefit of premium customer support. Most importantly, that means you’ll be expedited when you reach out with a problem, and you’ll even get personalized greetings. Verizon really wants you to feel special if you’re loyal.
