If you’re unfamiliar, the Apple Watch SE is essentially a pared down version of the Series 7. It’s not as health-centric, so you won’t have access to features like ECG and blood oxygen metrics, but it’s otherwise a largely comparable device. The SE boasts up to 18 hours of battery life and does everything else you’d expect from your smartwatch including message handing, fitness tracking and heart rate monitoring.
