Get your Christmas caroling on with the return of Google’s Blob Opera

Tired of the relentless onslaught of Christmas songs, not to mention Slade and Mariah Carey’s classics that seem to play on a loop everywhere you go? Google have you covered with the return of its Blob Opera that will let you create your own unique Christmas tune or one of the preset classics.

The Blob Opera first made its debut in 2020, letting users make their own unique tunes via the user-friendly slider controls with the option of choosing a different locale such as Cape Town, New York, Paris, or the BlobOpera House. If this seems like too much effort, though, Google has bundled in a bunch of pre-set Christmas classics that you can pick from such as “Jingle Bells”, “Joy to the World”, and “Silent Night”.

Don’t forget to check out Google’s Santa Tracker website if you are entertaining the kids.
