This is a feature that is found in Android 10 phones and above, so it is fairly easy and common to replicate, and can also be read by phones running Android 10 and up, but this can vary from one OEM to the next.

Swipe down on your notification shade and long press on the WiFi icon.
Select the SSID that you would like to share:
Tap on the small gear icon to the right of it.
You will now tap on Share at the far right, and you will be prompted to scan your fingerprint or enter your PIN, as this is a security measure to protect against this feature being misused.
If you wish to share your SSID and password, one can simply scan the QR code on your screen with their phone and instantly connect.
Keep in mind that this is a hit or miss depending on your OEM, such as OnePlus, which is unable to scan QR codes without an active internet connection, but other phones like the Pixel can scan the QR code and connect to it without any data. It will help if the user you’re trying to connect to the internet has a prior internet connection via cellular to help them connect to your WiFi.
The feature works seamlessly on almost all iPhones, running the latest version of iOS or the ones closest to it. If you are having issues with the QR code consistently, you can instead share the WiFi Password with them that is on your screen, below the QR code. this will allow them to type out the password manually and connect with your SSID.

Go to a site like QR Code generator, and enter your internet details. You will need to know your SSID credentials flawlessly, so it is better you have someone versed in tech handle this step.
You can download the QR code, buy a cheap frame, and put it in a place where visitors can come and scan the picture frame to quickly connect to the internet.
However, this is not recommended as this can allow anyone who comes into your house to access your internet. You should not always keep the frame visible and try to keep it hidden when you know you’re not expecting guests. Unwelcome guests your internet can wreak untold havoc on your private internet connection if you don’t know who is currently on it.
