To see the posts you’ve liked on Instagram, tap your profile icon and open the menu. Head to Your Activity > Interactions > Likes. Instagram will display the 300 most recently posts you’ve liked. You can sort, filter, and unlike the posts from here.
Want to get back to a post you’ve liked on Instagram? If so, you can use the platform’s iPhone or Android app to do so. You can also bulk unlike posts if you want. We’ll show you how.
Note: You can’t access your liked posts from Instagram’s web version. Also, note that the steps to view your liked posts are the same for both iPhone and Android.

View Your Liked Instagram Posts on Android and iPhone
To begin, launch the Instagram app on your iPhone or Android phone. In the app’s bottom-right corner, tap your profile icon.
On your profile page, in the top-right corner, tap the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines).
In the open menu, select “Your Activity.”
In the “Your Activity” menu, choose “Interactions.”
Select “Likes” to view your liked posts.
Tip: To view your comments, story replies, and reviews, feel free to select the appropriate option on this screen.
On the “Likes” page, you’ll see 300 of the most recent posts you’ve liked on Instagram. Scroll down the page to access more posts.
You can view a post by tapping it.
If you’d like to unlike one or more posts, then in your screen’s top-right corner, tap “Select.”
Tap the post(s) you want to unlike on the list. Then, at the bottom, tap “Unlike (X)” (“X” is the number of selected posts).
Tap “Unlike” in the prompt.
