HP’s Omen 25L and Omen 30L will soon have configurations with the AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT graphics card inside. The RX 6700 XT was only announced yesterday, and is built for 1440p gaming at max settings. It looks to be one of the best graphics cards on the market and should be available starting on March 18. HP expects to start shipping the Omen 25L and 30L with RX 6700 XT GPUs at some point this spring, though we don’t have an exact date at this point.
The HP Omen 25L and 30L are prebuilt gaming PCs that can pack some serious power. While they’re prebuilt PCs, in his HP Omen 30L review our executive editor Daniel Rubino highlights that they take inspiration from custom PC builds. The Omen 30L has one-button toolless entry, pre-wiring for expansion, and multiple RGB lighting zones.
If you want to go fully team red, you’ll be able to order an all AMD version of either the Omen 25L or 30L with up to a Ryzen 9 5900X inside. The Ryzen 9 5900X is one of the best processors around. When paired with The RX 6700 XT, you shouldn’t have any issues playing the latest titles at 1440p.
“Gamers are routinely on the lookout for the latest cutting-edge technologies to excel and immerse themselves in their favorite games,” said Judy Johnson, gaming platform head, HP Inc. “We’re thrilled to add the new AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT graphics cards in our OMEN 25L and 30L Desktops to help power epic adventures across the globe.”
These Omen PCs are easy to upgrade, so if you already have one and can get your hands on an RX 6700 XT, you can slot it in yourself. If you’re still shopping and can hold off for a bit, you’ll be able to order one with the latest RX 6000 GPU inside.
