Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor are currently gearing up for the release of Loveyapa, which is releasing this Friday. While the film is expected to take a good opening, Karan Johar has shared his review of Advait Chandan’s directorial and called it ‘magical’.
“Drum roll for 2025s first love story success story… #loveyapa talks to the Tech and App obsessed Gen Z with a love story that is hugely entertaining and makes solid points with brevity and precision … its what you genuinely call a great time at the movies!!!! In an exclusive
interview with Firstpost, Junaid spoke about the preparation for his role and said, “I think a lot of the world building is done in the writing and by the director. Advait is very good with performances, so I think you always gets fantastic performances from all his actors, even if it’s a one scene part. I took most of my cues from there. Sneha, who has written the adapted screenplay and dialogues, coincidentally wrote the dialogues for Maharaj as well, so she understands my strengths and weaknesses really well (laughs). She herself is a fantastic actor.”
