The Leagues Cup is back for 2024, with soccer fans able to watch all of the action only through the MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.

A month-long tournament starting on July 26, the Leagues Cup pits 47 clubs from Major League Soccer and Mexico’s Liga MX into one large tournament. The top three will be given automatic bids for the 2025 Concacaf Champions Cup.

There will be 77 matches in stadiums across the United States and Canada, but fans will also get access via the MLS Season Pass. Subscribers in over 100 countries will be able to watch all of the games throughout the month.

Streams will be available without blackouts using the pass, with audio in English, Spanish, and French where available.

“Leagues Cup matchups are fun and entertaining for both players and fans, and I’m excited to play against teams from Liga MX,” said LAFC’s Denis Bouanga. “The tournament is a great opportunity to win a trophy, and we’re always trying to win more trophies at LAFC.”

On-demand content will also be available, including programming such as the “Leagues Cup Countdown” and “Leagues Cup Wrap-Up” in English. Spanish-speaking users can enjoy the shows “Leagues Cup La Previa” and “Leagues Cup El Resumen.”

As usual for the MLS Season Pass, users can watch up to four matches simultaneously with Multiview on the Apple TV 4K and iPad. A new Catch Up feature will let viewers who miss the kickoff to see all the key moments before joining live.

Fans can also follow the action in the Apple Sports app for iPhone, with team stats at their fingertips. Apple Music will host player warmup playlists, Apple Podcasts will launch dedicated episodes of “Offside with Taylor Twellman,” and Apple Maps will offer stadium guides.
