Legal Tech’s Predictions for Contract Technology in 2023


While contracts are the lifeblood of corporate law, the technology necessary to best draft, manage and extract insight from those contracts is continuing to evolve.

In the past year, contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools—arguably the biggest player in the contract technology field— had their share of ups and downs. Experts are expecting to see more consolidation and ALSP involvement in the CLM space in the coming year.
